Matan Institute for Camp Directors

The Matan Institute for Camp Directors, which takes place over a two-year period, supports the belief that anyone who interacts with your campers must have the knowledge and tools to support successful inclusion. Each cohort engages in multiple in-person training days and on-line learning, and every participant works with a Matan mentor on specific inclusion goals for the entire length of the Institute.

Mentorship for this Institute includes on-site visits during the summer in order to maximize the mentors’ understanding of your particular facility and program.

Fostering and Open and Inclusive Community for All
The “Nitty Gritty” of Bunk Dynamics with an Eye Towards Inclusion
