Elisheva Layman graduated from the University of Maryland with her Bachelors and Masters in Special Education. She has been working at Jewish Day Schools in both New Jersey and New York City for over seven years as a classroom special educator. Elisheva grew up at Camp Ramah in New England and worked for many summers in the Tikvah program for campers with a range of disabilities; most recently as the Director of the Tikvah program at the Ramah DC Day Camp. She is passionate about inclusion in schools, camps and Jewish communities everywhere. Elisheva helps to develop curricula and trainings for Matan and will work as a consultant this year.
